National Super Alliance (NASA) leader Raila Odinga has a deadline of 2022 to get to State House.
This was disclosed by Kisumu Senator Fred Outa who reassured NASA supporters that “despite the road being bumpy, they are certain the NASA leader will make it there (presidency).”
Outa reassured NASA supporters that they would use any means possible to ensure that the opposition chief gets to State House before 2022.
“You all remember we vowed not to come back to you complaining that our votes have been stolen. We will not as we must get to State House by all means this time round,” said Outa.
Outa was referring to an earlier by Odinga before the August polls reassuring his supporters that he would not return to his supporters empty handed complaining that his voted have been stolen.
The senator assured NASA supporters that the lives lost following the hotly contested elections would not go in vain.
The senator did not disclose the method the opposition chief will use to ascend to power given that President Kenyatta has already taken the oath of office.
Earlier this month, the opposition chief put the number of those killed at 225.
Earlier plans by NASA to swear in the opposition chief were cancelled, sparking an angry reaction from disappointed supporters.
