The official assisted Maraga in conducting the ceremony held at Kasarani Stadium

The Judiciary Registrar Esther Amadi has now revealed that President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto made some minor mistakes while taking their oaths of office at Kasarani Stadium.

Amadi, who was part of the Presidential Inauguration committee, confirmed that Kenyatta and Ruto’s oaths were not read out word for word, but stated that it would not be major issue.

“They skipped some words. Maybe I may not have been very clear reading the text. It happens sometimes. What matters is the signed document,” Amadi explained.

The Judiciary boss also revealed some of the detailed arrangements that had been made before the inauguration ceremony.
