Musician Jackson Makini alias Prezzo has denied claims that he had been drugged and raped by three women.

Rumors hit online platforms claiming that the mafans hitmaker was fighting for his life at a hospital in Nairobi after being drugged with cocaine and Viagra.

Speaking to Pulselive.co.ke, Prezzo maintained that he was in good health and he first heard the story through social media.

"I am very ok, I'm not in hospital that story is totally fabricated by people who are trying to tarnish my name and my image," Prezzo stated.

Rachel Ruto is no stranger to making bold yet elegant fashion statements, but during the state visit of the Dutch royals on March 18, 2025, it wasn’t just her outfit that stood out—it was her shoes. The Kenyan First Lady stepped out in a pair of brown suede block heels adorned with a gold emblem.

Eyes on 2022

Two Tanzanian and one Ugandan publication had reported that Prezzo was injected with an overdose of cocaine and rapped by three women who had since been arrested.

Prezzo dismissed the allegations and even posted a video on Instagram explaining he was healthy despite the claims being shared online.

He told Pulselive.co.ke that he was focused on vying for a parliamentary seat in 2022 hence why people were trying to tarnish his name.

"When you stay away from people they find all sorts of negative stories to tell about you. I am focused on my political ambitions," Prezzo said.

"I'm a hundred and ten percent determined to serve Kenyans in 2022," he added.

Wiper endorsement

In September this year, Wiper Party released a statement saying they would endorse Prezzo in 2022 to vie for a Parliamentary seat.

Prezzo joined Wiper Democratic Movement and will likely vie for the Kibra parliamentary seat in 2022.
