Police have told the media that the director was found in Kikuyu in Kiambu.

9.30pm: IEBC issues a statement to demand a speedy and thorough investigation into the death of Msando

8.50pm: National Police issues statement cautioning the public against making speculations. Investigations to commence

4pm: The body has been moved from City Mortuary to Lee Funeral Home in Nairobi.

3pm: Chebukati issues demand to the government to provide security to all IEBC staff ahead of elections

2pm: Details emerge that the slain may have been tortured before his death.

1.30pm: Members of Mr Msando's family goes at the mortuary and positively identified him.

1pm: Police address the media. The slain’s body has been taken to the mortuary along with unknown woman whose bodies were found at Kikuyu in Kiambu County.

9.30am: Nairobi County Police Commander Japheth Koome says the vehicle was dusted for fingerprints.

9am: Police find the grey Land Rover Discovery near TRM’s parking and towed it to Kasarani Police Station.

8am: Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria posts photo of slain’s abandoned car. He said the car was found at Thika Road Mall.

8am: IEBC was test the KIEMS kits ahead of elections slated for Tuesday next week.

Sun 30 at 1.48PM: IEBC issues statement saying the slain was in good state of mind.

Sun 30 at 1.48PM: IEBC through a tweet says that its ICT manager has gone missing

Sun 3am: Chris writes to his colleague as is said to be conscious and aware of the itinerary of the next day.

Sat 2.30am: A security camera captured him in his grey Land Rover Discovery on Mombasa Road on Saturday.

Fri 6pm: Msando appears on KTN News channel demonstrating how to vote on August 8th using KIEMS kits.

Fri 6am: Msando appears on NTV to shed light on the election preparedness by the IEBC
