City Hall has failed to account for Sh156 million that was meant for Pumwani Hospital's maternity programme.

The hospital that was recently on the news over poor standards of operation is again in the limelight after Auditor General Edward Ouko could not establish how the money was spent.

According to Ouko's final report, the hospital has not received the funds since 2013.
