Football Kenya Federation has advised Muhoroni Youth Chairperson Moses Adagala to withdraw a case he has filed against the Kenyan Premier League in the High Court sitting in Kisumu.

KPL, through Independent Disciplinary and Complaints Committee (IDCC), found Adagala and Muhoroni Youth fans guilty of causing trouble during their league match against Kakamega Homeboyz played on 26 March and charged them accordingly.

Muhoroni Youth was fined Sh400, 000 and their boss fined Sh200, 000 plus a 60-days ban from attending Kenyan Premier League matches.

According to a letter obtained by P Live from FKF, Adagala has filed a case against the league managers at the High Court contrary to the rules of the game.

The federation has therefore asked the chairman to withdraw the case failure to which he could face consequences.
