About Billow Adan Kerrow
Mr Kerrow is the current senator, Mandera County, Kenya since March 4th, 2013 on United Republic Party ticket.
In parliament, he is the chair of the Finance, Commerce & Budget Committee. This is a fundamental committee in overseeing the usage of public resources devolved in the counties.
He is also a member of the Devolved Governments Sessional and Liaison Committees of the Senate
