Africa now has 25 billionaires up from 24 last year according to Forbes.

At only 41 years old, Mohammed Dewji of Tanzania makes the list and now earns the title of being the youngest billionaire in Africa with a fortune Forbes estimates at $1.09 billion.

No Kenyan makes it to the list that is largely dominated by South African and Egyptian tycoons.
