In a video posted May 2, dermatologist and TLC star Dr. Sandra Lee, MD (aka Dr. Pimple Popper) goes to town on a bunch of blackheads with the help of some trusty tweezers. Of course, these aren't just any blackheads-they're big, dark, and full of shocking amounts of gunk. (Perhaps alarming to find on your face, but standard fare for Dr. Pimple Popper's Instagram.)
"These tweezers= #gamechanger Making quick work of these #blackheads ! ," Lee wrote in the caption.
Her fans seem to be into the tweezers.
"I need these in my life ," one of them commented.

"Where do we buy those tweezers?" asked another.
And listen, I agree: The tweezers do seem to work...but are they really more effective than Lee's comedone extractor tool ? Maybe it's just that I love watching the towers of pus spiral through the loop of the extractor, but I found myself yearning for something...more while watching the new tweezer video. As one commenter pointed out, it's a little hard to see the actual pops. Also, it seems a little tricky to position them, at certain points. But who am I to judge? Lee is the pimple-popping expert.
