In the video-which manages to be both extremely gross and extremely satisfying, much like all pimple-popping content on the internet-celebrity dermatologist Dr. Sandra Lee tackles a massive cyst on a patient's cheek. She compares the cyst to a stuffed green olive, which is...
...you know what, I was going to say "disturbing," but it's actually pretty accurate. Dr. Pimple Popper, you're a wordsmith and a dermatologist extraordinaire.
When Lee first makes the incision, the round cyst bulges out of the opening in a very olive-like way indeed. Then she snips her way through the sac, unleashing a torrent of gunk that really does resemble whatever the heck one stuffs in a stuffed olive.
"This #cheeky cyst is giving stuffed green olive martini vibes!" Lee wrote in the video caption. I totally agree with you, girl!
Watch the video for yourself, and see if you get green olive vibes, too:

Forcing giant cysts out of very small holes is a real speciality of Lee's. For proof, look no further than these three massive pilar cysts , or this epidermoid cyst that looks a lot like mashed potatoes (sorry), or this full-on code red " cystuation ."
