Do you just love cauliflower? Then honestly, you're probably going to hate what I'm about to show you.

Dermatologist and TLC star Dr. Sandra Lee-aka Dr. Pimple Popper-is known for treating clusters of juicy blackheads and massive pilar cysts . But in her latest Instagram video, Lee treats a patient with a massive skin tag that looks...well, exactly like a cauliflower floret.

"Who likes giant skin tags that look like cauliflower?" Lee wrote in the caption next to the video. "I bet if people saw how easy it can be to remove them, they would see a board certified dermatologist sooner!"

Indeed, the veggie-resembling skin tag does seem easy to remove, at least from the viewer's perspective. After squishing and pulling and twisting the cursed skin tag for a little while (during which time you might ask yourself, is she doing this for my benefit or the patient's?), Lee produces a pair of scissors and snips that bad boy at the root. There's a little blood left behind, which Lee quickly mops up. Easy! Fun!

"Great, there goes my Keto diet with cauliflower," one commenter wrote. Yeah, sorry about that.

So what is a skin tag, exactly?

Skin tags-or acrochordons-are very common and very harmless growths found on at least half of all adults, according to the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology .

Have a skin tag of your own? You don't have to do anything about it unless it's causing you discomfort, or you don't like the way it looks. Skin tags can be removed with scissors (like in Dr. Pimple Popper's video), burning, or freezing, the AOCD says.
