That means that, like so many other people, Bjrnsson is now training at home. He starts his home workout with weighted lunges in the hallway and living room of his house. And then, he shows off how he's set up shop for the first time in n his garage to get his workouts done.

"First time squatting here," he says, showing off his new rack. "We're able to do so much on this rack. Squatting, bench press, incline press... even yesterday we did rows."

He gets to squatting, and quickly jokes about setting a new house record (with only 20 kilograms on the bar).

"And that ladies and gentlemen is a house record," his cameraman says.

He works his way up to squatting 253 kilograms for 3 reps. After the squats, he moves on to Romanian deadlifts, repping out 40 kilograms on each side of the bar.

Once he's done with that, the real fun begins. That's the one perk of training at home that even pro strongmen experience: You can go straight from work mode to chill mode.

"I just finished training... now, we play," Bjornsson says, sitting in front of two computer monitors with headphones on in serious gaming mode. When asked if he's a good gamer, he's modest.

"I wouldn't say I'm a complete amateur," he says.

After that, it's time to eat, and he shows off two massive pieces of lamb that he's set to grill out on his patio, where it's completely snowy.

"I just finished training, I have rice ready, and now we are going to grill some Icelandic lamb," he says. "This is how we get strong."
