There doesnt seem to be a lump or bump that Dr. Pimple Popper cant handle.
In her latest YouTube video, dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD goes after an enormous lipoma on the back of a mans neck. It looks to be about the size of a small grapefruit, but its no match for Dr. Pimple Poppers extraction skills .
After slicing horizontally across the bump, Dr. Pimple Popper notes that she hopes this lipoma cooperates and comes out easily. She pushes around the outsides of the incision a bit, but then decides to stick her pointer finger in to push the mass out from the inside.

Just FYI: A lipoma is a benign tumor of fatty tissue that sits under the skin, just above the muscle layer. Its common for them to develop on the neck, like this patient's did.
After a few minutes of using her fingers, Dr. Pimple Popper starts using small scissors to break up and pull out the mass. She regularly checks in with the man to make sure hes not in pain, and he responds that hes ok. Soon, a gooey white substance, along with a lot of blood, starts to come out.
Part of it came out, and that means the rest will follow, Dr. P says. Whats that song? Free your mind, and the rest will follow, she sings.
Dr. Pimple Popper eventually gets the remaining chunks out of the mans neck. Its a tough video to watch, but hell definitely be feeling better without that huge lipoma on his neck.
