Usually dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper , is an excellent listener. When she asks her patients questions, she tunes into their responses. Often, she's checking in to make sure they are comfortable throughout the procedure.
In her latest Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper 's having a hard time hearing what's going on. She explains in the caption: "Im sorry whatd you say? #drpimplepopper"
Once you click play on the video, you quickly realize it's all a play on words. It turns out her latest patient has a huge whitehead behind his ear. It's been hiding there and growing for some time now. But, Dr. Pimple Popper is on the case to extract it once and for all.

Dr. Pimple Popper dives in and starts by slicing right through the white bump with her scalpel. She holds onto her patient's ear while she does. She doesn't want any sudden movements around that blade.
Then, Dr. Pimple Popper moves on to the main event. "It's too big for my extractor, so I'm just going to have to squeeze it," she says. That's exactly what she does. "It's like a milia that became a cyst," she explains. Whatever hybrid pimple it turned into, the whole thing is long gone thanks to Dr. Pimple Popper.
Her fans give her the stamp of approval in the comments: "Good job on getting that sneaky cyst out!!" No doubt she heard that loud and clear.
