Former Deputy President Rigathi has detailed how her persevered serving under President William Ruto, his awakening moment and the final warning that resulted in his impeachment.
Speaking on Sunday, January 5, at The Guardian Angels Tetu Catholic Church, Gachagua noted that he was under the impression that he was reading from the same page with his boss during the first year that he served as Ruto’s deputy but soon realised that it was all lies.
He asserted that trouble started as soon as he realised that his boss would lie to Kenyans on a daily basis, and by virtue of his position as the Principal Assistant to the President, he was roped into the lies which he opposed and cautioned his boss about.

There are no roads, no water, no medicine in the hospitals, and our job is lying to Kenyans daily.
