Anxiety as Wafula Chebukati is sued at Last Minute

More confusion 1 day to repeat polls

Confusion has engulfed the upcoming fresh repeat polls scheduled on Thursday, after three voters moved to Supreme Court to stop the repeat Presidential polls from taking place.

The three identified as Khalef Khalifa, Samuel Mohochi and Gacheke Gachuhi claim that the electoral commission is divided and cannot guarantee a fair and credible poll.

The voters are suing IEBC and its Chair Wafula Chebukati for what is termed as serving Partisan interests.

The file has been taken to Supreme Court Register Esther Nyaiyaki, who will give directions on the case.
