Fifteen students from Turbo Secondary School have been arrested after they broke into Sugoi Girls Secondary School in Uasin Gishu County.
The students reportedly raided the school to have sex during the ongoing Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE).
According to education director Nicodemus Anyang, the police as well as the security officers at Sugoi Secondary School were aware of the raid before-hand.
“Police had been waiting for the raid to take place. When the boys arrived they were simply arrested," Anyang told The Star.
The students will complete their KCSE exams in police custody as investigations are underway.
National Parents Association Chairman Nicholas Maivo urged parents to watch over their children especially with it being the holiday season.
Both schools declined to comment on the matter saying that their main focus at this moment was the National Examinations.
