You can always count on Chrissy Teigen to keep it real on social media. Case in point: Her latest Instagram Story video in which she just opened up about having acne and, tbh, its everything.

"I fully believe that if you show the good, youve got to show the bad," the model and Bring the Funny coach said in the video, before panning over her face. And yup, even this gorgeous celebs got some zits going on. "This is the bad," she said, zooming in on her face. "Whats going on with my skin?" she added.

In case you couldnt see what she was referencing, Chrissy then proceeded to point out every single pimple on her face. Because shes just that awesome. "Whats happening? Vacation?" she asked.

Chrissys right: Traveling can seriously eff with your skin , and there are a bunch of reasons why. Among other things, plane air zaps your skin of moisture, bacteria you might pick up during your travels can spread to your face and cause infection, and eating junkier food (because, vacation) can also lead to breakouts. Ditto for using hotel soaps, stressing out when you need to make a flight, not getting enough sleep, and not using sunscreen.

“I do not just make clothes, I create East African stories. Every fabric I use has crossed a border, carrying culture, craft, and connection,” she remarks as she receives a shipment of earthy Ugandan bark cloth just hours after the arrival of a consignment of vibrant Tanzanian khanga fabrics.

If you find yourself in a similar situation, don't panic: Do your best to get plenty of sleep, eat a regular diet, get back to your normal skincare routineand you should be fine. Of course, if your skin is still struggling, call your dermatologist.

Well, apparently, Chrissys got an amazing makeup team (not too surprising), because in her new Instagram Story video taken while filming Bring the Funny, Chrissy can be seen totally made up with seemingly flawless skin as she jokes around with famous friends.
