Addressing the Press on Monday, Odinga congratulated Kenyatta for the wide he camoaigns he conducted across the country.
"I congratulate enyatta for a fair and wide campaign and wish him luck tomorrow; may the stronger candidate win," the Opposition leader stated.
On Sunday, both leaders urged Kenyans to maintain peace with the President telling the public to co-exist even after voting.
“Elections are a one-day affair. After Tuesday, Kenya and Kenyans will remain. So let us be peaceful and remain united just like we are in this church which has brought together all people from Kenya and beyond,” Kenyatta said.
Odinga encouraged Kenyans to turn out in large number to elect leaders of their choice.
“I want to appeal to all Kenyans to come out in large numbers and vote. As you vote either for me or my brother Uhuru Kenyatta I wish all of you all the best and pray that the election will be free, fair and credible," Odinga stated.
