Akothee’s daughter Rue baby turns down her mother's Maldives holiday offer, sends in new request

Model Rue baby, Akothee’s daughter, turned down her mother’s holiday offer to go to Maldives and instead sent a new request.

The model who bagged the first runners up position in the just concluded Miss Universe Kenya Competition, politely asked her mum if she would afford to sponsor all the contestants who took part for a weekend, because they all worked hard in the competition.

“Mama @akotheekenya i would love maldives yes .. But to be honest i would love a weekend with this lovely ladies of mine because we all worked so hard . please check your pocket and let me know that which you can manage with…”

In response, her mother, the CEO of Akothee Safaris, confessed that she could only afford to sponsor eight people. Five of her friends, two best friends and one fan. She also requested other companies to chip in, support the girls and make their dreams come true.

When she won the first runners up position, the president of single mothers, congratulated her daughter for making her proud.

Excited about her daughter’s performance, Akothee went on to shower praises to her daughter and expressed how proud she was of her on social media.
