Radio Comedian Captain Otoyo quits Milele FM for rival station

Otoyo took to his Instagram account to inform his Listeners that April 4 was his last day at Milele FM.

It was an honour and a privilege to serve this great media outfit. Together we scaled to greater heights. Thanks to Milele fm listeners and the Nation for the privilege of the opportunity. See you on the other side of the break. Adios.” Shared Captain Otoyo.

The Funny man made the decision of ditching Mediamax after landing a new Job at Standard Group Owned Radio Maisha.

Otoyo will be hosting the Breakfast Show dubbed Maisha Asubuhi alongside Alex Mwakideu.

“My New Home,   Tuko mbele pamoja. My New Partner in Crime, Ahsante sana kakangu.” Wrote Captain Otoyo

The Radio Maisha management under the Leadership of Tom Japani, took to its official social media handles to welcome Captain Otoyo.

“ welcome to the Big Bad Team. ” reads a statement on their official Instagram Account

Alex Mwakideu also expressed his joy after receiving a new co-host; “WELCOME MY BROTHER  Tena Kwa mpigo zaidii... Unabishaa!!?? Amefika!!! Mkaribisheni Captain Otos ndani Ya ”

“I officially joined Radio in April 2008 ( Media Group) Today I celebrate Ten year's of consistent service to the Nation. It has been a great ride and I feel like I just got started. Thank you for patronage. Here's to many more. Cheers.” Shared Captain Otoyo
