Alikiba addresses beef with singer Diamond Platnumz

Alikiba said this after a Diamond's fan interrupted his press conference to request him to end the rivalry between him and the 'Tetema' hitmaker. He also gave Alikiba a pencil as a peace offering, which the singer took. Earlier on, the singer has used a pencil as an example, saying that Diamond had stole a pencil from him and acting like nothing happened, he (Diamond) still helped him looked for that.

For years now, Diamond and Alikiba have been pitted against each other for the title of “King of Bongo flavor” music.

This comes a week after Alikiba blasted WCB CEO Chibu Dangote for inviting him to perform at the Dar es Salaam edition of Wasafi Festival. Instead of Kiba accepting the invitation, he opted to caution Platnumz from bothering him over and over again, when it was clear that clear he was not interested in their Festival.

King Kiba added that if the "Sikomi" maker didn't back-off, he would be left with no option but expose him (Diamond) for the bad things he has been doing to him.

It will be remembered that this is the second time Diamond is inviting Kiba to be part of Wasafi festival, the first time being last year.

Diamond’s response

Diamond revealed that he saw the post on Instagram just like everyone did and didn't know what he meant when he said he would expose him to the public.

He added that he respected the singer, because he was older than him and also started his music career before him. He went ahead to say that he would never hate the singer.
