Anerlisa Muigai hints at competing with mum’s company by launching her own alcohol products

Anerlisa Muigai could be following in her mum and dad’s footsteps and establishing an alcohol empire of her own.

Anerlisa who is the daughter to Keroche Breweries’ CEO Tabitha Karanja and Chairman Joseph Karanja is already making a killing in the water business and is looking to expand.

“ People ask me how it feels when I see @executive_still_water been sold as the main water at certain places and truth be told I am one of those people who never settles on a Comfort Zone, I like to think wide. Every time I see a vodka, whiskey, champagne etc been served next to @executive_still_water I am always like ‘that should be a Nero Company product’ my dream is to one day enter a place and find that everything being served there is a Nero Product,” read her post.

Secrets to becoming a CEO

The CEO of the Nero Company is among the youngest & fast-rising entrepreneurs in the country and owns the chicest water brand in Kenya, ‘Executive Still Water’. In an interview with ‘The Founder’ Ms Muigai revealed how she scaled up the ladder and built an empire.

She revealed that one has to be a good decision maker in terms of selecting the team you choose to work with and how you execute your ideas.

Anerlisa added that one must listen to your consumers’ feedback and have the right drive aside from getting rich.
