Blogger Xtian Dela appointed as the new producer of Kamene Goro and Andrew Kibe show at Kiss 100

Blogger and social media influencer Xtian Dela has been brought in by Radio Africa Group as the new producer to Kamene Goro and Andrew Kibe’s show “Breakfast with the Stars” on Kiss 100.

Kamene broke the news of Dela’s new job description at Kiss 100, promising their listeners a good treat on Radio.

“If we are an Army @xtiandela is our General! Allow me to introduce to you to our Producer....#StayWoke #Number1Loading” reads Kamene's update.

Replace Adelle Onyango

Dela will be moving with the duo (Kamene and Kibe) who were poached from NRG Radio to replace Adelle Onyango who hang her boots in Radio, after 7 years.

On 19 May 2018, he joined NRG Radio Kenya as a presenter, hosting the popular Hip Hop Show Full Throttle, alongside Grammy Award winning Radio Personality Fatman Scoopand DJ Mr Vince.

In 2018, he was named among the Top 100 Most Influential Young Africans on the Continent by Africa Youth Awards, the biggest African youth awards scheme which recognizes the achievements of young Africans.

Twitter Personality of the year

In 2014, he won the Best Personal Blog in the African Bloggers Awards and the Most Influential Twitter Personality in the Kenyan Social Media Awards. In 2015 he was crowned The Best Twitter Personality in Africa.

The exit of Kamene and Kibe was a big blow to NRG Breakfast Club, bearing in mind that they had launched two other Radio stations Fun X and Choices FM.

Since being launched in 2018, NRG Radio witnessed a commendable growth being the first visual radio station in Kenya and Africa.
