According to the story line of his latest jam ‘Nikumbushe’, Bahati is seen on Madowo’s popular show - The Trend - where he was put on the spot over a controversial story in the newspapers.
When the heat was too much for a bragging Bahati to handle, he rudely stormed out of the live TV show, leaving a devastated Madowo to contain the situatiion.
Divulging the news on his social media the NTV reporter stated: “Nataka nitoke kwenye gazeti, niuze sura! Wakati Ray Vanny aliponitembelea Muda mfupi baadaye, nimegeuka nikawa video vixen kwenye wimbo wake mpya na @bahatikenya” (I want to be on the newspapers. After Ray Vanny visited me a while back, I have now become a video vixen in his new song with Bahati).

'Nikumbushe' is a collabo between Bahati and Tanzanian artist Ray Vanny sharing their desire to live a more humble and godly life.
Speaking to his fans the Mama hitmaker mentioned: "You are my family. Mlinishikilia mkono tangu siku ya kwanza…wakati mwingine najua siwafurahishi. How do you think I have changed??? (Niambie Unahisi Nimebadilikaje????)".
