Joey Muthengi comes clean on moving to Italy

Speaking in an interview with Radio Africa Group’s Radio Jambo, Ms. Muthengi said that she will only be going to Italy for work and come back.
She went on to say that reports by blogs that she would be getting married to football star McDonald Mariga was a lie, because she had no such plan.

“I only said that Mariga is a cool guy, I didn’t say we were dating!” she said.
Joey Muthengi then made it clear that she has never planned on getting married and that she is not even dating at the moment.
“I am not moving to Italy I’ll be back there for work, and I’m not getting married, that has never been something I wanted to do. I’m not even dating. I don’t think it’s for everyone, even my mother knows,” said the former screen queen in the interview with Massawe Japanni.

Joey recently quit her job at Citizen TV after her employer raised an issue with her ambassador gig with Betin.
Speaking shortly after quitting, Joey told reporters that she would be traveling to Italy to further her partnership with the betting company together with her co-ambassador, Mariga.
