Ms Hassan narrated that she has been a KQ loyal customer but the mysterious disappearance of her luggage has discouraged her from using the plane again.

Robbery Alert

“Robbery Alert: I love the comfort of KQ to Entebbe but am always robbed. Allow me to talk about my expensive perfumes that I received on my Birthday have been stolen. So disappointed in Kenya Airlines. I've been loyal, but you always do me wrong. The other times I've ignored, but not today. All my perfumes I received as gifts from my friends in Dubai just disappeared. My new suit am supposed to wear for a meeting tomorrow is also missing. What am I supposed to wear for my meeting?”

Shame on you. @officialkenyaairways you have my return date better make sure someone finds me in the lounge and return what belongs to me. I didn't travel for free, you set me back $2440, now I want what’s mine backs Period! And we will end this relationship in peace,” reads Zari Hassan’s rant.

Zari’s complains were echoed by many commenters, who also shared similar experiences, while using KQ Airlines.
