KQ's response after Zari Hassan lost luggage aboard one of their planes

Kenya Airways has promised to look into Zari Hassan’s complaints after going public with allegations that part of her luggage was stolen on board a KQ flight to Entebbe, Uganda from Nairobi.

In a tweet, KQ pointed that that they have reached out to Ms Hassan to obtain her travel details that will enable them do a proper follow up and establish what happened to her belongings.

“Dear Zari, we desire for all our customers to have a positive experience. We've reached out to you to obtain your travel details to enable us to coordinate w/ the management at the airports of transfer (JHB, JKIA and EBB) to establish what happened. We kindly await your response” reads the KQ response.

On Tuesday, the Brooklyn group of City Colleges CEO put up a post, stating that she had lost 4 of her designer perfumes and a suit she was supposed to wear to a meeting upon touching down in Entebbe.

Ms Hassan narrated that she has been a KQ loyal customer but the mysterious disappearance of her luggage has discouraged her from using the plane again.

Robbery Alert

“Robbery Alert: I love the comfort of KQ to Entebbe but am always robbed. Allow me to talk about my expensive perfumes that I received on my Birthday have been stolen. So disappointed in Kenya Airlines. I've been loyal, but you always do me wrong. The other times I've ignored, but not today. All my perfumes I received as gifts from my friends in Dubai just disappeared. My new suit am supposed to wear for a meeting tomorrow is also missing. What am I supposed to wear for my meeting?”

“Let's not ignore the fact that your flights are always delayed and no explanations is given to passengers, still I ignored. I've never been on a KQ flight that’s on time. Shame on you. @officialkenyaairways you have my return date better make sure someone finds me in the lounge and return what belongs to me. I didn't travel for free, you set me back $2440, now I want what’s mine backs Period! And we will end this relationship in peace,” reads Zari Hassan’s rant.

Zari’s complains were echoed by many commenters, who also shared similar experiences, while using KQ Airlines.
