The Kenya Film Classification Board (KFCB) bans the highly publicized ‘Virgins and Ben 10S’ bikini party

The Kenya Film Classification Board (KFCB) has striked its public moral whip, and banned the highly publicized ‘Virgins and Ben 10S’ which was supposed to go down this Saturday at Mtwapa, Kilifi County.

KFCB Regional Coordinator, Bonventure Kioko wrote a letter to the Mtwapa police station, OCS asking them to take stern actions against organizers of the party.

Mr Kioko, cited breaking of the law, as the hotel’s advert has special calls for minors to attend the party.

“The much hyped Bikini party scheduled for today at the nightclub is cancelled. How can you have a party whereby the advertising poster is a picture of a nude lady? It defeats any other interest members of the public are therefore advised to keep off such an event for their safety,”  Kioko said as reported by Nairobi News.

This is not the first party, the films classification board has banned, mid this year the board banned ‘Rainbow speed dating’ event which the board accused of promoting lesbianism.
