King Kaka surprises Jahmby Koikai with visit while undergoing treatment in the United States

Kaka Empire boss Kennedy Ombima popularly known as King Kaka on Monday made a surprise visit to former Trend host and panelist Jahmby Koikai, who is undergoing endometriosis treatment in the United States.

In a post she shared on Instagram, the former radio queen said that King Kaka surprised her with the visit and they discussed things to do with her condition, as well as Kaka’s sanitary campaign.

She went on to say that it was great to see King Kaka become an international rapper narrating how back in the days, when King Kaka then known as Sunguch used to design posters for her reggae shows.

She also thanked the Kaka Empire boss for visiting her alongside US based Kenyan Gospel singer Benachi.

King Kaka in a post on his Instagram page also said that visiting Jahmby was one of his greatest moments while on his Eastlando Royalty tour in the US.
