After bleaching and riding expensive toys, actress now eyes political seat

Popular actress Eunice Wambui has revealed her desire to vie for a seat in the forthcoming elections.

The actress made name while acting on classic comedy show Vitimbi carving a niche for herself in the show where she acted as ‘Nyasuguta’.

This became the name many would come to associate her with. However, after leaving the show she first caused an uproar around the country after she appeared in public having bleached her skin.

The usually dark colored favorite TV girl was gone and in her place a bright colored light skin who had in Kenyan lingo, ‘removed her tint’.

A number of people felt disappointed a bit let down and she was trolled all over the internet. For many, he was just another insecure lady who wanted to get la lighter shade to attract men and money.

After Vera Sidika, hers was the second most discussed and high profile bleaching incident by a celebrity in Kenya.

Later on she was spotted with a brand new Range Rover and expectedly all manner of theories flew around. She was simply reaping benefits of removing her tint. This is despite her having announced that scars from an accident which disfigured her face.

Now, Nyasuguta or rather Eunice Wambui is back in the news with another bombshell. The celebrated actor is vying for a political seat in the oncoming elections.

She is looking to vie for the MP seat of Embakasi South. Her posters are already doing rounds on social media and she is already causing the usual stir. S

he is seeking to get the Jubilee ticket and she is set to compete for the seat against a number of candidates including the incumbent Mohammed Sumra.
