I have no beef with Diamond – Rich Mavoko

Tanzanian singer and former WCB signed artiste Rich Mavoko has disclosed that there is no beef between him and former boss Diamond Platnumz.

Mavoko who spoke on his stormy exit from the record label that saw government agency BASATA come in to help solve the stalemate said that there is no bad blood and its only business that came to an end.

He stated that there was no need for resentment after business with WCB came to an end because that would make them look childish.

Mavoko who currently goes by name Billionaire Kid, however, mentioned that he couldn’t speak the same for Diamond Platnumz because one cannot know what is going on in another person’s mind or heart.

Hamna uadui kiukweli.

Why he left WCB

A few months ago, Rich Mavoko for the first time revealed that he left Wasafi after he realized that they were doing so little to uplift his career yet he had recorded a lot of songs that were meant to be released.

He mentioned that at some point, the WCB Management failed to honour the contract he signed when he joined the label, forcing him to look for an alternative to survive in the music industry.

So nikaona isiwe tabu nikwaambia naomba kuondoka, ili nifanye vitu vyangu,” said Rich Mavoko
