Big Kev laid to rest (Photos)

He fought a good fight..

Tru Blaq Entertainments founder Kevin Ombajo otherwise known as Big Kev has been laid to rest today in Gem, Siaya.

Big Kev died on Saturday July 29 at the Nairobi Hospital after a long battle with a recurring brain tumor that had left him blind.

The renowned events organiser underwent over 10 surgeries during his seven year long battle with the benign brain tumor.

An all-white memorial service for Big Kev had been held at the Nairobi Chapel on Thursday August 3 that brought together members of the entertainment fraternity including Wahu Kagwi, Big Ted, Robert Burale, Kidum, Chipukeezy, Sauti Sol. Jalango. Amos and Josh and Prezzo just to name a few.

Khalif Kairo and his former business partner Clement Kinuthia are locked in a heated exchange of accusations, with Kairo now alleging that Clement not only cheated on his wife but also had an affair with his (Kairo’s) girlfriend. Nameless, Robert Burale, Jalango and Big Ted were some of the celebrities in attendance at the burial.

Tru Blaq Entertainment crew also turned up in their numbers to bid their final goodbye to Big Kev.
