When he left the NTV newsroom, he did not only leave behind his news desk but also left his entertainment show ‘Udaku Sasa’ which he hosted alongside entertainment guru Sameer Bry.

‘Udaku Sasa’ has now been left in the capable hands of the hands of Jane Ngoiri and Sameer.

Rashid is not the only NTV star to decamp to Citizen. Other journalists who have joined Citizen from NTV include Linus Kaikai, Jamila Mohammed and Victoria Rubadiri.
