Wema Sepetu further stated that marriage is one way of dragging one behind without having any good reason.
“Siyo siri, nimshaghairi kabisa ishu za kuolewa kwa sasa. Kama hiyo bahati haikuwepo huko nyuma, basi imeshapita maana mchongo wa kufunga ndoa sasa hivi ni kurudishana nyuma tu bila sababu za msingi,” said the actress as she spoke to Global Publishers.
She added that settling down will hinder her from self-development and she will not have time for her other projects.

This comes several months after Wema who is singer Diamond Platnumz’s ex-girlfriend said that she would never marry the singer even if he dropped everything to be with her.
She noted that they dated for two years and she knows the WCB boss very well, adding that he is also stubborn.

According to Wema, she dumped her boyfriend to be with Diamond who later on cheated on her with more than once and he cannot change even in marriage.
