After Dumping Uhuru, Onyango Oloo Finally Gets New Job

Oloo was handed the new position during the swearing-in of the Ward Representatives in the County.
During the voting process, he garnered 32 votes and achieved two-thirds of votes in round one.
In the August General Election, Mr. Oloo contested for the Kisumu Central parliamentary seat.

However, he lost to Fred Ouda after a second election following court orders.
Early this year, Oloo fell out with President Uhuru Kenyatta accusing him of 'conning' TNA and other parties that had merged into the Jubilee party.
"Little did I know that we were being led to a very vile and vicious political conmanship. Our TNA ideologies were carried into the Jubilee merger but they have been thrust aside," he said.
The former staunch supporter of Mr. Kenyatta complained that the Jubilee Party no longer stands for what TNA stood for.
Oloo pledged his support for NASA leader Raila Odinga.
