Isiolo man charged for touching young girls breasts

He denied touching the 16-year-old girl inappropriately

A man who allegedly fondled a young girl was on Monday arraigned in an Isiolo court for committing an indecent act.

He appeared before Magistrate Robert Mundia, Harun Kimathi and was accused of touching the breasts of a 16-year-old girl without her consent.

The accused, who had been detained at the Isiolo Police Station, denied the charge and was released on a bond of Ksh.100,000 or a fine of Ksh.50,000 which he paid.

The case was set for hearing on April 12, 2018 when the judgement will be delivered.

Undying love

A man who claimed his undying love for a married woman in court after he was arrested for touching her inappropriately was set free by a Mombasa Court.

Alexander Mbondo has been locked in custody for over two years after he failed to raise a cash bail of KSh 20,000 given his poor background.

Mbondo had been charged with touching the breasts of Colletta Mutua, a married woman and mother of two between April and September 2016 against her will.
