Raila while addressing the media on Wednesday morning said some people at 12pm gained access to the IEBC data base and manipulated results to give President Uhuru Kenyatta false results.
Raila claimed the hackers used credentials from the late IEBC ICT manager Chris Msando to access the IEBC main server and give false results.
"This is a total disaster and a tragedy. We all know Uhuru Kenyatta's regime was a fraud and Uhuru must go home," Raila said.
The NASA leader said the manipulation affected all the 47 counties in the country.
Raila called on Kenyans not to accept the results terming them fraudulent.
Raila revealed that according to their own tally, he had garnered 8.1 million votes compared to Raila's 7.2 million votes.
The NASA leaders however called on Kenyans to remain calm as they delved deeper into the issue.
"We did not have an election. We now expecting a response from the IEBC after this evidence we have tabled," Raila insisted.
