Joho flew into Dubai after a series of engagements during his foreign trips that has seen his critics label him as an absentee governor.
As at yesterday, the governor was still holed up in Dubai but had not met Miguna who was deported from the country last Wednesday.
It is not clear if the Orange Democratic Movement Deputy Party Leader will meet Miguna as the lawyer has been on a collision path with the party leadership for failing to do enough to secure his release.
In a hard-hitting statement given yesterday, Miguna termed media reports that he had been visted by Joho as blatant lies.
He went on to clarify that he does not have Joho’s contacts and has never received a call from the ODM deputy party leader.
Most of his supporters have attributed his wos to the role he played during the 'swearing in' of NASA leader Raila Odinga.
Despite his absence that critics have alleged has negatively affected his administration, the governor has kept his supporters updated through his social media platforms, commenting on issues of concern.
Joho is expected back in the country next week.
