For the women that aren’t too fond of their flab around the arms, you don’t have to worry about that because there are exercises that can help with that.
All you’ll need is a pair of dumbells – which you can easily get from your nearest supermarket – and you are set.
The best part about all of this is that you do not have to hit the gym to do them
Try these simple home exercises to get toned arms.
Chest fly hand-off
Lie on your back, bend your knees, arms raised above your chest while holding one dumbbell in one hand.
In a repeated motion, raise your arms to the center, handing over the dumbbell to the other hand.
Bent-over dumbbell rows
Stand with your feet slightly apart. Push your hips back while bending your knees slightly and hinge your torso forward. You’re basically bending forward.
Overhead tricep extensions
Grab a heavy dumbbell and hold it over your head. Bend your elbows and extend them straight above your head. Repeat the exercise.
Hard kneeling biceps curls
Knell down with one knee up and the other down on the mat. Pick one dumbbell with the hand opposite the knee that is up. Lift the dumbbell up to create an up and down motion. Repeat with the opposite side.
