Here’s a mask that will breathe some life into your skin:
You will need a banana, plain natural yogurt (you can make some at home) and pure honey.
Mash half a banana properly into a small bowl, then add two tea spoons of yogurt and a tea spoon of honey. In fact, if you have a blender, you can blend the peel of the banana slightly and add it into the mixture as banana peels contain many healthy components.
Once you have mixed all the ingredients together into a nice even paste, gently apply the mask onto your already cleansed face. Banana is the ultimate energy fruit and it keeps the skin moisturized while giving it a nice glow. Keep the mask on for about 20 minutes before washing it off with warm water and finishing off with your moisturizer.
