4 common diseases you can get from kissing

Here are some disadvantages of kissing.

And we’re not talking about the sloppy, mouth eating type of kissing but a deep, sensual lip lock that will have you wanting more.

While kissing comes with a lot of great benefits or lead to great benefits – wink- there’s also a not so great flip side to it- yeah life is just unfair like that.

It is very easy to contract a disease through kissing and here are four common ones.

1.Mouth sores

Mouth sores are tiny blisters that form around the mouth and lips. They are caused by the herpes virus are highly contagious.

2.Flu or common cold

A flu or common cold can easily be contracted through kissing. Any contact with the saliva or nasal secretions of someone that has a flu or common cold immediately predisposes someone to getting the disease.

3.Mononucleosis

Commonly known as the kissing disease, mononucleosis is spread via saliva when kissing. It is caused by the Epstein-Barr virus and while it is not all that contagious, it can still be contacted via kissing.

4.Gingivitis

Everyone has their own natural bacteria in the mouth. Poor oral hygiene causes the bacteria to become overwhelming.

The bacteria can then get inflamed and result to gingivitis. The gingivitis bacteria can then be transferred through kissing.
