3.Not getting enough sleep
Sleep can also mess up a woman’s sex drive. According to a 2015 study published in the Journal of Sexual Medicine, having enough sleep leads to an increase in sexual desire on women.
Findings of the study revealed that women who experienced one more hour were linked to having a 14 percent increase in engaging in sexual activity with a partner.
4.Pain during sex
Pain during sex can occur for a number of reasons including lack of proper lubrication or infections. This can kill a woman’s desire to be intimate.
Low self-esteem can cause a woman to not feel like engaging in sexual activity. Maybe they haven’t hit their target weight and it is affecting their confidence.
