What would you do if someone attacked you when you are all alone and unprepared? It’s always good to equipped with knowledge and tactics on how you can handle such a situation just in case it arises. You are never sure of when danger will come.

Master these tips and use them to protect yourself when necessary:

1. Hair spray

If you can reach for your hair spray, grab it quickly and spray it directly on the attacker’s face.

2. Pepper spray

This will leave the attacker with sore eyes and before they figure out how to relieve the effects of the spray, you shall have fled.

3. Focus on the loins

If you can reach the attacker's loins using your hands or an object on your hands, hit them hard. And if your hands are held, hit them using your knee. It’s a sensitive and very painful area.

4. Poke their eyes

If you are in a position to, poke their eyes using your fingers. This temporarily interferes with their vision giving you time to escape without being hurt.

5. Punch their nose

Gather all the remaining strength you got and strike them hard from under their nose using the heel of your palm. If they are behind you, try doing the same thing using your elbow.

6. Knee

The knee is another weak point to target when you are under attack. Hit it hard and run away before the attacker gets back the balance and strength.
