The type of fat around your belly area is very stubborn. There is a higher amount of fat cells that don’t respond very easily to the fat break-down process around that area thus the prolonged struggle to get rid of it.

While the Abs workouts and waist trainers give desired results, a proper diet is just as important in achieving a tinier waist.

Here are 8 foods to eat for a smaller waist.

1.Eggs
