President Uhuru Kenyatta and First Lady Margaret on Friday met with US President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania, for the first time since the latter got into office.
The leaders met during the G7 summit currently ongoing at Taormina in Italy.
Photos of the two Presidents and their wives shaking hands were shared on social media after the grand meeting.
However, Ms. Kenyatta stole the show with her choice of dress which caught the attention of many Kenyans.
Donned in a flowing black dress accessorized in the front with colours of the Kenya flag, the First Lady received praise for this small yet significant act.

Since President Kenyatta was at the summit to represent Kenya and the interest of the African continent many opined that Ms. Kenyatta had done well in this.
Apart from Kenya, other African countries invited to the G7 summit were Ethiopia, Tunisia, and Nigeria.
The G7 is a group of world's seven most powerful industrialized countries - the US, Japan, Germany, the UK, France, Italy and Canada. The EU is also represented.
