1. Split one meal
When you meet for lunch with your bae, instead of or ordering two plates, order one and share. You will save money and also reduce your portions which is important for weight loss.
2. More activities in the bedroom
If you are used to the missionary style, try new tricks. They don’t have to be so complicated but at least not the so ordinary ones. You could even dance as part of foreplay to make it spicier.
3. Do less of restaurants dates
How about going swimming, hiking or even bike riding with bae? Do more of such rather than going for dinner every other weekend.
4. Plan rewards
You can have goals and reward each other. When your partner, for instance, loses a 5kgs, you can gift them and they will do the same. This way, you will keep each other motivated.
5. Complement each other
When your partner hits a certain target, don’t be jealous. Bodies are different and they might lose weight faster than you. Instead, give them genuine compliments to help them keep on moving.
6. Take pictures
To make the journey interesting and memorable, take photos after let’s say two weeks.
7. Play games
On weekends, you can go golfing with your partner or you can enroll in a salsa dancing class.
