At least three passengers were on Friday injured after an aircraft they were travelling in crashed.

The aircraft is said to have lifted off from Maasai Mara a few minutes before it crashed in Maji Moto area in Narok South, Narok county.

Chief Justice David Maraga

In unrelated news, Chief Justice David Maraga was on Friday in Narok County to officially open the Narok Law Courts building.

The ceremony was hosted by Narok Governor Samuel Tunai and other politicians from the region.

Judge Mohamed N Kullow, who sits in Narok, was recognized as one of the best performing judges in his division.
