Embakasi East MP Babu Owino on Monday attracted the wrath of Kenya netizens after he posted photos where he knelt and sought blessings from controversial self-declared Prophet David Owuor.

Owino shared photos after attending Owuor's rally which was held on Sunday at Uhuru Park.
The post went viral with hundreds of comments after he shared the photos - many of those who commented expressed their disappointment with the vocal legislator.
As the criticism grew, Owino responded by advising Kenyans to follow the teachings of Prophet Owuor without looking at his character.
"Do as I say, not as I do,says the bible," Owino said.
"You are lost young legislator. You either know what you are doing or don't at all," William Kamau stated.
"I thought you do read the bible how can you kneel down before a sinner like you you gave Owuor respect that belongs to God can he bless you," Fredrick Okwiri said.
"This is the main problem with politicians. You want to get into all gatherings even where the devil is sitted just to look like you don't discriminate," Mark Adwar complained.
"You won't retain your seat young man...it's the same guy who baptised Raila who has been a presidential failure since 1997," Denn Ali Dennis opined.
Owuor has recently been the subject of controversy after he was accused of fraudulently seizing control of Sh1.5 billion property from a member of his church - Jayne Muthoni.
The self-declared prophet had recently claimed that he had visited heaven to annoint Jesus' seat.
