Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) ICT Manager Chris Msando has been found dead.

Confirming the reports, police said that his body was found at City Mortuary three days after he went missing.

According to emerging details, Msando's  body was recovered in Kikuyu alongside that of an unidentified woman and taken to the mortuary on Saturday at 11 am.

Reports of Msando’s disappearance hit headlines on Saturday.

Business feud turns ugly as Kairo exposes Clement's alleged affair with his girlfriend

IEBC boss Wafula Chebukati divulged that the ICT manager was last seen on Friday night.

“The last communication from him is an SMS text sent to one of his colleagues at around 3.00 am on Saturday morning. The content of the SMS suggests that he was conscious and fully aware of his itinerary for that day,” he said in the letter.

On Monday morning, his vehicle was found at the parking lot of Thika Road Mall in Roysambu area.
