Africa now has 25 billionaires up from 24 last year according to Forbes.
At only 41 years old, Mohammed Dewji of Tanzania makes the list and now earns the title of being the youngest billionaire in Africa with a fortune Forbes estimates at $1.09 billion.
Angolan investor Isabel dos Santos and oil tycoon Folorunsho Alakija of Nigeria still remain the only two female billionaires on the continent
No Kenyan makes it to the list that is largely dominated by South African and Egyptian tycoons.
